Using Equivalent Fractions Decimals & Percents to Show Parts of a Whole
T.i.P.S.
For this standard, students will be using fractions, percents and decimals to show equivalency in the representation of parts of a whole. Students need to practice converting from each to the other two categories. For example, if given an amount as a percent, students should be able to generate the equivalent decimal representation, as well as the fraction.Example
